A Community of Believers
At First Baptist Church of Keller, we share a common goal. We want our lives, our families, and our church to bring glory to Jesus Christ. We know that Christ is glorified through our worship, our service to each other and our community, and our obedience to His revealed Word in the Bible.
Visit us at either our north or south Welcome Center. You will be blessed to find there is a place for you to grow and learn. Our prayer is that your family will be drawn into a deeper relationship with Jesus as we work together to glorify His name.
Worship Service Times
8:00, 9:30, and 11:00 a.m.
We offer three worship services each Sunday morning. Each service includes biblically-based preaching and uplifting music consisting of a mixture of traditional hymns and contemporary worship choruses. We seek to provide an environment where the entire family can come together and worship.
We also offer extended childcare for Babies through Pre-K during the 8:00 Worship Service. Visit the south Welcome Center near the Preschool Ministry area for more information.
Sunday School Times
9:30 and 11:00
Children, Students, and Adults
Adult classes by times, life stage, and age group can be found on our Adult Discipleship page under Sunday Mornings – Adult Bible Communities.
Information about our Student Bible Studies can be found on our Student Ministry page under Student Ministry – Grades 7-12. We have “Aquire” on Sunday mornings, “Equip” on Wednesday evenings during the school year, and many more activities and special events for our students.
For information on Preteens, you can visit our Preteen Ministry Page and explore the tabs explaining many of the programs we offer for our Preteen Students.
Our Children's Ministry is very active. Our amazing Preschool through 4th-grade teachers primarily use The Gospel Project curriculum. Babies through Pre-K are welcome to stay during both 9:30 and 11:00 Sunday School times while parents attend their Sunday School class and Worship Service.
We welcome you to join us!
We extend an invitation to come forward to make a profession of Christ or to request membership during most worship services. Our hope is that we can help you grow in your Christian walk and find your place within the church. We want you to feel comfortable with the membership process and to be able to plug into our various ministries as God leads and prompts you.
Whenever an individual comes forward to join First Baptist Church Keller, the following procedure will be followed:
- Candidates for membership will be counseled individually away from the Worship Center.
- Candidates for membership and new Christians will be required to attend New Member Orientation where they will receive more information about our beliefs and our ministries. Each upcoming New Member Orientation class date will be published in our weekly bulletin.
- New Christians and candidates for membership who need to be baptized will need to set up a time with the church office for their baptism.
- Candidates for membership will be affirmed at the next regularly scheduled business meeting after they have met the previous requirements.
If you have questions about membership, please contact Jack Gatewood.
