Caring Together: Understanding Dementia & Planning Ahead

Saturday, October 18, 8:30 a.m.-12:00 noon, South Adult Wing

Amy Galilio, Hollie Lowe, and Candace Sandifer will be presenting a seminar on Dementia and its stages. As part of the seminar there will be a special presentation where participants will actually see and feel what a person with Dementia is experiencing. A light breakfast will be served.

Biblical Discernment

Begins Wednesday, October 22, 7:00 p.m., Room 145

The call to follow Christ includes the call to practice biblical discernment. Biblical discernment includes both intimate knowledge of Scripture and the wisdom to filter so-called biblical teachings through that knowledge to understand if they are, in fact, biblical. Biblical discernment is a key factor in developing and living out a biblical worldview. This worldview is used in every arena of life. This 4-week course taught by Scott Knox will focus on the key principles of biblical discernment as well as practical application for biblical discernment for contemporary theological teachings and financial teachings.

Painting with Praise

Saturday, October 25
1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., the GYM at FBC Keller

Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat
